New Speed UTV Will Blow You Away

Back in September at the Sand Sports Super Show, Robby Gordon presented two new UTVs from Speed UTV - the XX and XXXX. Built using Robby's wildcat Chassis XX design, the turbocharged XX and XXXX are two and four-seat models that stand apart from the competition. Speed UTV XXXX Specs

Similar to the Polaris Turbo S model, but with three inches less travel, longer wheelbase, and a half-inch less ground clearance. Specs include:

  • Horsepower of 225 with an optional 300 HP.
  • Wheelbase of 120 inches.
  • 22 inches of travel.
  • Suspension: 77 inches wide.
  • 15.5 inches of ground clearance.
  • 32-inch tires.

In short, the Speed UTV XX and XXXX are the most robust UTVs on the market. The "hell key" option of 300 HP is perfect for those who value speed. The 77" wide suspension? Forget about it - 50 pounds heavier and 5 inches wider than the widest RZR and X3.

Best of all, it's built from the input of racer Robby Gordon. When he created the specs, his goal was to make this bad boy as wide as possible and race legal. The 225 HP he helped envision surpasses the RZR Turbo, PRO XP, and the 195 hp of the Maverick X3 Turbo RR, which, up to this point, had the most horsepower of any UTV on the market.

Speed UTV's: Built for Racing

Not only is Speed UTV built for racing, but it's also built by a racer. Robby Gordon is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced racers in the industry. At the Dakar Rally in 2019, his team finished first three times with the 2-seater XX.

Most know Robby Gordon from NASCAR fame, but he's the son of "Baja Bob" Gordon, who got him involved in off-road and dune racing early on. Robby won five straight SCORE International off-road championships before NASCAR and has raced in the Baja 500, the Baja 1000, and the Dakar Rally for years.

Speed UTV is, quite simply, the most powerful UTV money can buy. Robby Gordon used his NASCAR experience when designing parts that meet their strict standards. The Chromoly suspension has clean welds and the bed can hold a 33" tire, while the racing seats are carbon fiber. A 4-point harness and roof, along with a cage made with 1.75-inch diameter steel and intrusion bars give added safety.
